Saving to Zoho WorkDrive: quotes are stored inside this app (shared with your whole team, including the quote-number series). To keep copies in WorkDrive: use Export JSON / CSV / Print-PDF and save into a folder synced with the Zoho WorkDrive TrueSync desktop app — files land in WorkDrive automatically. Direct API upload from a browser tool isn't possible without a server-side Zoho OAuth integration (e.g., Zoho Flow / Creator, or a WorkDrive MCP connector) — happy to wire that next.
